Attorney compensation comes primarily from the contingency, so we're invested in winning your case as much as you are. Here are the tiers:

  • Negotiation: $1,000 per month + 25% contingency

  • Administrative (EEOC, MCCR): $1,200 per month + 30% contingency

  • Litigation (Court): $1,400 per month + 35% contingency

If we don’t recover compensation for you, you don’t pay a dime beyond the flat fees.

HOURLY

Prefer the traditional route? We also accept cases on an hourly basis at $480/hour, with no retainer required. You’ll receive transparent invoices that detail every hour worked and expense incurred, giving you control over your legal budget from start to finish.
