The flat monthly fee covers the real costs of your case—filings, depositions, private investigators, and more. 

 

*It typically starts at $1,200 pre-filing, increases to $1,600 once we file with an agency, and goes up to $2,000 if we file in court.

of total recovery (only if we win)*

If your case results in a recovery, I also take a contingency fee—which is my profit.

*If we win, the contingency fee is 25% pre-filing, 35% at the agency stage, and 45% if we litigate in court.
