Think of Fortis Flex as a subscription to your own legal team. You pay a predictable monthly fee that changes only if your case moves into a new stage. No surprise bills, no hourly charges, no paying separately for ordinary expenses.
To keep your costs low month-to-month, Fortis Flex adds a success-based fee only if we win or settle your case. This aligns our interests with yours: we don’t earn that fee unless you do.
Here’s how it works:
STAGE 1
Negotiation
$600/month + 30%
This covers everything involved in pushing for a settlement before any agency filings. Most cases resolve here.
STAGE 2
EEOC/MCCR
$1,200/month + 35%
If we need to file with an agency, your subscription simply moves up. This reflects the higher amount of work, time, and risk that goes into formal proceedings.
STAGE 3
Court
$1,800/month + 40%
If your case requires a lawsuit, your subscription moves to the litigation tier. This covers the full range of court-level work, from discovery to jury trials.
