What’s Going on with Paid Family Leave in Maryland? (2025 Update)
Maryland’s paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program was delayed again—paycheck deductions now start Jan. 1, 2027, with benefits beginning no later than Jan. 3, 2028.
