Lauren brings more than a decade of experience in operations management, business administration, and financial oversight. Before joining Fortis, she held leadership roles in real estate development and construction operations, where she managed procurement, vendor negotiations, and project execution for residential and commercial projects. Her work consistently focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing systems that allow organizations to scale sustainably.
This background in business operations and financial management allows Lauren to bring a disciplined, systems-driven approach to law firm administration.
