Raffaela “Raffy” Delariarte serves as the Stage 1 Paralegal at Fortis Employment Law, where she is responsible for the critical first phase of our high-stakes cases. Raffy’s role is built on the belief that a case’s ultimate value is determined by the strength of its foundation. She focuses exclusively on the negotiation stage, helping our attorneys develop the leverage necessary to secure results before a matter ever reaches a courtroom.

Raffy brings a sophisticated legal perspective to the Fortis team as a licensed attorney in the Philippines. This background allows her to navigate complex discovery and case analysis with a level of rigor that few firms can offer at the pre-litigation level. At Fortis, she works directly with recently terminated professionals to organize evidence, cut through employer "noise" during negotiations, and ensure that every case is positioned for maximum recovery.
